Pumpkin Carving

We cut open Gordo (our pumpkin) tonight and ripped out his guts. We also gave him a personality, albeit a somewhat geeky personality. It turns out Gordo had turned to the dark side. As soon as we cut him open we heard The Imperial March start to play, so we knew what he had to be. Maybe next year we’ll get a Yoda pumpkin. We then baked and salted his guts (the seeds) for a nice snack. Jess had never had baked pumpkin seeds before, so we had to give it a try. As usual, check out the photos in the gallery.
