Old West Wedding

Old West WeddingJess’s boss got married on Saturday, and did things a little differently. Instead of the standard suit and tie for the guys, and nice dresses for the girls, we had to break out the prairie dress and cowboy boots (yes, I bought boots). This was an old west pioneer wedding (or weddin’, as they used to say). A good portion of the people in attendance participated in the costumes. I think you’ll get a kick out of the photos in the gallery.

We’ve also added photos from Kate and Mike’s visit last weekend. We had a great time with them trompsing around Tucson (up a mountain, through a cave, down to the UA)! We’re glad they were able to come out for a visit.

    Scott, where’s your cowboy hat???

  2. Great job. I must say that I am a bit disappointed that there are only three (not counting the artistic black and white reproduction)photos of the ‘ole timey pocket watch. We want more!

I count 6 shots – look closely, that sepia toned one is a separate photo (yes, I took two shots of the watch almost exactly the same). I guess it just shows my love for my train watch!
